The Heart of Storyteller
Tradition, connection, and community are at the heart of our story. In 2017, co-founder Charles Robinson connected with prominent industry blenders in Cuba and formed a bond based not only on the artistry of tobacco blending but also on a profound respect for honoring Native cultures. As a member of the Choctaw Nation, Charles knew the importance of preserving these cultures and sharing their rich traditions. Through this shared reverence for tobacco and heritage, Storyteller was born.
Storyteller’s mission extends beyond traditional manufacturing. We are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of Native communities by supporting The Red Road, an organization dedicated to preserving and empowering Indigenous cultures. The more cigars we sell, the more lives we impact and change—every cigar sold is another story told.
That’s our story. Let’s share yours.
“Storytelling is a big part of our Native American culture. So, when we started Storyteller, we wanted to give people the opportunity to tell their own stories by gathering people around their own campfires, sharing cigars, and growing their own communities.”

Tobacco Selection
A good cigar starts long before the tobacco seed is planted. It begins with the story of the land: the climate, the minerals, and the nutrients that, over time, shape the rich, fertile soil needed to give our tobacco its bold, complex flavor. We’re proud to honor the land it comes from, as well as the hands that make it.
Blending, Rolling, and Aging
A good cigar blend combines different types of tobacco leaves, hand-selected to create a full-bodied and full-flavored cigar. Based on years of experience, our Master Blender has deep familiarity with the region, the crop, and the flavor balance needed to craft a truly memorable cigar. Made just for you and your community.
Once a blend is chosen, the real hands-on work begins: dried leaves are carefully rolled, then finished with a smooth wrapper that gives each cigar its final look. After being cut to size, every cigar is aged in a humidity-controlled room for a minimum of 60-90 days, but some are aged for up to a year or longer.
Sharing
Cigars are labeled with your custom band, packaged, and sent off to their final home, ready to be shared with good people. Sharing a cigar is an invitation to slow down, listen, and truly connect with others. We invite you to step into this tradition that brings people together and fosters lasting connections.
